Tutti Undergoes a Facelift

Price Rubin has just completed a four-month upgrade to our marketing application appropriately known as Tutti. The $15,000 upgrade now incorporates Cloud Technology giving our entire marketing staff the ability to synchronize and share data. Unlike a web-based application, Cloud-Technology allows our marketing staff to work without a connection to the Internet if necessary thereby reducing down time. The company released the new version earlier this month and on the first day, the marketing team logged a record 350 calls, sent 31 press kits and escalated 2 high-level leads to our managers.

Improvements to Call Volume and our Marketing Delivery System allows the Marketing Team to contact more Decision-Makers in less time while reducing over-saturation to certain targeted market segments.

What Price Rubin does for our clients:

We provide professional concert artists, composers and music directors dedicated, worldwide direct marketing to decision-makers throughout the concert music and entertainment industries. Our ten-member US-based marketing staff makes approximately 3500 calls each month to music directors, executive directors, booking managers, and artistic administrators throughout the industry using our Tutti Marketing Software. We also provide personal guidance management for artists who manage their own careers through our innovative Anchor Management Program.

Price Rubin is also a leader in Podia Search Submission for aspiring and established music directors. We submit our conducting roster to nearly 50 music directorship positions each year.

New to Price Rubin's line of marketing products is Patron Marketing, an innovative time-sensitive telemarketing service designed to augment marketing to concert patrons.
